2022年联合国教科文组织亚太遗产保护奖获奖项目公布

2022 UNESCO Asia-Pacific Awards for Cultural Heritage Conservation

亚洲遗产管理学会协助联合国教科文组织完成2022年度联合国教科文组织亚太地区文化遗产保护奖的评选工作，获奖名单于2022年11月26日公布。
2022年，我们收到了来自亚太地区11个国家参赛选手递交的50份参赛作品。虽然世界仍处在新冠病毒大流行的恢复期内，但参赛作品数量较过去两年有所增加，尤其是我们收到了来自阿富汗、菲律宾、乌兹别克斯坦和缅甸等国际话语权较少的国家参赛选手的参赛作品。
在2022年11月5日至8日所进行的为期三天的集中评审过程中，评审团选出了来自6个不同国家的13名获奖者。2022年度获奖项目较多是有关遗产基础设施保护，这说明了传统智慧在应对环境可持续性方面的作用。在13个获奖项目中，有7个与世界遗产相关，有的是关于世界遗产本体，有的则是位于遗产缓冲区内。

希瓦吉国王博物馆，孟买，印度
希瓦吉国王博物馆建立100周年之际的令人印象深刻的修复工作，为印度及他国树立了世界遗产保护的标杆。
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya Museum, Mumbai, India
The impressive restoration of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya Museum on its 100-year anniversary sets a standard for the preservation of World Heritage monuments in India and beyond.

戈尔康达阶梯井，海得拉巴，印度
戈尔康达阶梯井的修复工作恢复了其古时作为供水系统灌溉周边果园和森林的功能，故该历史景观得到整体性修复。
Stepwells of Golconda, Hyderabad, India
The restoration of the stepwells of Golconda has revived the function of the ancient waterworks in irrigating the surrounding orchards and forests, thus enabling the holistic restoration of the historic landscape.

Zarch坎儿井，亚兹德，伊朗
该重大项目位于历史古城亚兹德，修复了已列入世界遗产名录的伊朗最重要的坎儿井古代供水系统。
Zarch Qanat, Yazd, Iran
The project in the historic city of Yazd is a major initiative to restore one of Iran’s most significant qanat ancient water systems, which is on the World Heritage list.

尼尔森·海斯图书馆，曼谷，泰国
尼尔森·海斯图书馆建于1922年，位于历史悠久的曼谷中心商务区，已被翻新为市民中心和新古典主义建筑之精品。
Neilson Hays Library, Bangkok, Thailand
Built in 1922, the Nielson Hays Library has been renewed as a civic hub and a neo-classical architectural gem in the historic central business district of Bangkok.

托帕拉佛塔，恰里卡尔，阿富汗
由阿富汗文化遗产咨询组织(ACHCO)引领和阿富汗当局及社区支持的对于托帕拉佛塔的保护，象征着该国及他国各式各样的濒危宗教遗产保护迈出了重要一步。
Topdara Stupa, Charikar, Afghanistan
Spearheaded by the Afghan Cultural Heritage Consulting Organization (ACHCO) with support from the authorities and the community, the conservation of the Topdara Stupa represents a step towards protection of diverse endangered religious heritage in the country and beyond.

Saved from demolition, the Byculla Station project rescued India’s oldest railway station providing a prototype for restoring and utilizing historic railway heritage across the region.

The joint effort of two nonprofit organizations to restore 25 chivas in traditional settlements around the Kathmandu Valley is expected to have multiplier effect within Nepal in giving renewed attention to overlooked communal heritage.

The West Guizhou Lilong project is to be commended for micro interventions in the dense neighborhood contribute to placemaking in a manner that successfully improves the well-being of the community.
